Developing a Global Mindset: People and Culture

Today’s successful workforce require the skills to operate and collaborate in a multi-cultural, global environment. They need cultural self-awareness, cultural knowledge (or intelligence) and a real understanding of the ways in which different cultures approach business and business relationships.

In order to build stronger relationships, make culturally informed decisions and work more effectively, it is important to understand the business implications resulting from the impact of different cultural attitudes, values, beliefs, and communication and work styles.

This webinar will highlight cultural sensitivities, and identify some of the cross-cultural competencies, skills and strategies required to interact effectively and develop a global mindset.

“Really, really useful for working inter-culturally. Your consultant was excellent and brought it to life based on her own experiences, and the session allowed interactions and conversations.’”
