An experienced Learning and Development professional, Susanna has vast experience across all industries and cultures - 20 countries in as many years.
For the last 15 years she has worked as a freelance consultant, developing and delivering communication skills training programmes which match the background and needs of the individual, within the strategies and resources of the organisation. She runs sessions with delegates who cover the executive and industrial spectrum: from directors of global blue-chips to team supervisors in land-based industries. The programmes embrace facilitation and conference moderation, intensive tailored training for small groups, and one-to-one coaching. Themes include presentation and negotiation technique, leadership development, change management and team motivation.
Her working style is eclectic - drawing on various respected models – and pragmatic. Her clients typically define their training goals as improved networking and relationship-building; a need to grow as a leader; a better balance of life and work; development of team motivation.
Donal is a dynamic trainer and coach who focuses on making a real difference to the way people work together. He is the co-founder and Director of a company which delivers consultancy and training in international leadership and intercultural communication. He also works as a Senior Consultant for Farnham Castle.
With over eighteen years’ experience, he designs, delivers and project manages international training programmes for corporate multinational clients and his work on intercultural diversity and intercultural trainer training is highly regarded.
He regularly works one-to-one with senior executives, facilitates team meetings and delivers training programmes to larger groups. He is part of a core team which has developed and delivers a large-scale leadership program across Europe for a German company working globally. He is currently developing a similar program for the APAC region.
Donal has worked in over 22 countries and his projects have taken him all over Europe as well as to West Africa, South Korea, the US and South America.
Elisabeth is an intercultural trainer, as well as an executive and expatriate coach. She was born and raised in Graz, Austria, before she went on to study, work and live in the USA, France, the UAE, Hong Kong, Thailand, India, Brazil, Switzerland, the UK, Germany and Italy.
She has a business degree with a specialization in international management from the Karl Franzens University of Graz, Austria; an International Management Diploma from ICN Nancy, a French private business school, and she has started her Ph.D. in HR at the University of Sao Paulo (USP).
Her solid business background combined with her extensive personal expatriate experience benefit her corporate, private and public sector clients, who she supports to help them become more effective in today’s complex global environment by developing intercultural competence, enhancing cross-cultural communication skills and nurturing personal excellence.
