Why do we need Cultural Training?

Communicating and working across cultures in a global organisation is complex.  Developing effective communication skills in this environment requires a high level of self-awareness, cultural sensitivity and an understanding of the different cultural dynamics at play.  A lack of cultural awareness can often lead to misunderstandings, cause offence and result in the breakdown of relationships.    

This Programme builds awareness of the different cultural perceptions and expectations which influence communications. Participants learn how to use this cultural knowledge to adapt their message, information and working style to communicate more successfully.
