DELIVERY OPTIONS

  • We provide live, interactive, remote training using the online training platform Zoom (or an alternative platform to suit client preference).

  • The duration of training is flexible to suit client objectives.

  • Programmes are modular, and for longer training programmes we recommend that each session is delivered on a separate day, to allow for reflection on learning and to build confident group interaction.


  • Programmes can be delivered at your offices, at our award-winning venue, Farnham Castle, or any location convenient to you.

  • The duration of training is flexed to suit client objectives. Sessions range from multiple day to full day, half day and micro sessions.  We also design extended Development Programmes.


  • Blended learning is any combination of virtual online training, face-to-face training, webinars, digital resources, pre-recorded training videos, psychometric testing and one-to-one coaching.  

  • Different delivery methods meet the needs of individual adult learning styles.

  • E-learning solutions enhance the learning experience, particularly where large groups need to be upskilled in a short period of time. They are cost effective and allow 24/7 access to training materials such as training videos, podcasts and cultural insight guides.

  • Our one-to-one training sessions focus on equipping indivuals with the cultural intelligence to work successfully across cultures. We deliver training for International Assignees, High Potentials, Senior Leaders and as part of a Personal Development programme.

  • Follow-up or support coaching can be provided face-to-face or remotely, for example, on short notice in preparation for a specific business trip or meeting.


  • As part of a relocation programme, family training can significantly reduce the risk of frustration and culture shock by helping to manage expectations within the new cultural context.

  • Programmes focus on cultural intelligence and awareness, and strategies to ensure successful adaptation in-country.

  • Younger children can work separately with a specialised family consultant in order to address their individual concerns in an age-appropriate way.


  • We offer Social Learning, for example Lunch and Learn informal talks or Refresher Webinars on any aspect of our training.

  • Discussion facilitation for internal networks, for example Diversity and Inclusion Committees or Cultural Committees.

  • We can support you in identifying and training individuals as Cultural Training Champions.
