This interactive workshop has a specific focus on Graduates working in a global context. The workshop is practical and interactive, with a mix of consultant presentations, problem-solving exercises and roleplay. Taster topics in the workshop include: Cultural Awareness; A Global Mindset for Adaptation; Communication Preferences; and Professional Behaviour. Participants are given the opportunity to discuss real-life challenges and develop a short personal action plan to identify the competences required to develop the international skills for their future careers.
