This interactive workshop has a specific focus on Graduates working in a global context. The workshop is practical and interactive, with a mix of consultant presentations and problem-solving exercises. Taster topics in the workshop include: Cultural Awareness; A Global Mindset for Adaptation; Communication Preferences;  and Professional Behaviour. Participants are given the opportunity to discuss real-life challenges and develop a short personal action plan to identify the competences required to develop the international skills for their future careers.


  • Understand the importance of cultural awareness in a Volatile, Uncertain, Complex and Ambiguous world

  • Better understand cultural differences/similarities and their implications in the workplace

  • Be able to communicate more effectively face-to-face and remotely

  • Learn how to generate trust when working internationally
