Graduate Development

Our graduate development programmes offer practical, hands-on training, and cover a range of topics e.g. leadership development; personal management style; communication; cultural awareness; professional behaviour; effective networking and presentation skills. The training is interactive, pragmatic and experiential, consisting of short illustrative lectures, problem-solving exercises and skills-specific role play. There is also a coaching element where participants have the opportunity to obtain valuable support with real-life personal challenges, as well as targeted feedback on communication style and impact, and a personal action plan to help them progress their professional development.
